What we collect
From the website: the details you submit in a contact or access-request form (name, work email, agency, and what you want to measure). From API customers: account details, API usage logs, and the prompts you submit for measurement.
What we do with it
Form submissions are used solely to reply to you and to scope a commercial relationship. We do not run marketing sequences and we do not sell or rent contact data.
Customer prompts
Your prompt lists remain your property. Public query strings may be deduplicated across customers for collection efficiency, but which customer tracks which prompt is never disclosed or inferable from our product.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months. Raw answer evidence behind measurement runs is retained per your plan (30 days by default) and then deleted.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@nostimates.com. We respond within 30 days.
