Who may use the service
Nostimates is available to agencies, consultancies, in-house teams and brands. We reserve the right to decline or suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to resell the raw feed without a written agreement.
Permitted use of data
You may use measurement data in client reporting, internal dashboards and commercial products, white-labelled, with no attribution required. You may not resell the raw API feed as a substitute data feed without a written agreement.
Accuracy
We report measurements with confidence intervals and disclose extraction failures rather than reporting them as zero results. We do not warrant that any surface will remain collectable, since access models are set by third parties.
Availability
We target 99.9% API availability at general availability; during private beta the service is provided as-is with no uptime commitment. Collection freshness depends on surface behaviour; where a surface is degraded we mark affected runs rather than backfilling estimates.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. On termination we delete stored evidence within 30 days and you retain any data already exported.
