Extraction success rate

Extraction success rate is the proportion of collection attempts against a surface that return a complete, correctly parsed answer. It is the single most important reliability metric for any scraped AI visibility dataset.

A failed extraction and a zero mention rate are different facts. A vendor that returns the first as the second is silently corrupting your history.

Canary prompts with known-good response shapes, run continuously, are how drift is detected before customer reports break.
