Personalisation
Personalisation is the adjustment of an AI answer based on the signed-in user's memory, prior conversations, location and account settings.
It is the main reason a client says 'that's not what I see' when shown a tracked result. Their session is personalised; the measurement is not.
The correct response is to explain what was measured — logged-out, in this market, in this language, n times — rather than to try to reproduce their personal session.
