Sentiment analysis
Sentiment analysis in AI visibility measures the tone and framing of the claims an answer makes about a brand, as distinct from whether the brand appears at all.
Appearing in an answer as the cautionary example is not a win, and a presence-only metric cannot tell the difference.
Claim-level extraction — what the answer asserts, not just how it feels — is more actionable than a positive/negative score.
